Our approach to superior-quality translation

When we get an assignment, we select a translator from in-house or from our network so that we can match the right linguistic team to meet your requirements. All translators are native speakers of the target language and are continuously tested in their areas of specialization and language combinations.

Our language specialists see to it that we’re on top of the quality of translations delivered by our network. We validate quality processes and capabilities for each translation group assigned to every project. We work closely with our translation partners to ensure our quality assurance requirements are met and validated to meet your requirements for ISO.

We provide our translators with feedback on delivered translations using a special process that enables us to follow up on the quality delivered by individual translators and agencies.
